Evaluation Method on Capacity Credit of Generalized Power Source in High Voltage Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 主动配电网中分布式电源、储能及需求侧可控负荷的接入提高了系统的可靠性,可代替高压配电网承担部分负荷。为评估广义电源的容量价值,根据等可靠性原则,提出了广义电源高压配网可信容量的评估方法,采用弦截法和状态转移序贯蒙特卡洛法进行求解。算例中量化分析了广义电源在多种高压配电网典型接线模式下的可信容量,验证了所提方法的有效性,为主动配电网变电站容量规划及网架结构选择提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In active distribution network, the access of distributed generator, energy storage system and demand-side controllable load improve the system reliability, and can serve part of load supplied by the high voltage distribution network. In order to evaluate the capacity value of the generalized power source, an evaluation method for the capacity credit of the generalized power source in high voltage distribution network is proposed according to the principle of equal reliability. The secant method and the state transfer sequential Monte Carlo method are used to solve the problem. The credible capacity of generalized power source is analyzed under a variety of high voltage distribution network typical connection configurations in the case study. The quantitative result verifies the validity of the proposed method and provides a reference for the active distribution network substation capacity planning and the network structure configuration selection.
