  • 摘要: 针对LA调度过程产生违约电量影响荷源协调系统可靠性的问题,首先分析了仅以调节上下限表征LA调节特性时,调节任务与LA调节特性之间不匹配将导致产生违约电量;继而提出了LA灵活度指标,以弥补调节上下限在表征LA调节特性方面的不足;建立了以消纳受阻风电电量最大、调度成本最小为目标的荷源调度模型,其中LA补偿价格根据灵活度确定;提出了考虑LA灵活度的荷源调度方法。最后以算例分析证明了本文所提方法可有效降低调度方案实施过程中的违约电量。

     

    Abstract: The default energy generated in the dispatch concerning LA may compromise the reliability of load-source coordination system. When there is the mismatch between the regulation task and characteristic of LA, default energy would happen. The index of LA flexibility is put forward as supplementary information of LAs’ regulation characteristic. Based on this, a load-source coordination model is established to maximize the consumption of congested wind power and minimize the dispatching cost. And in the model, compensation cost of LA is determined by the flexibility. Then a load-source coordination method considering the flexibility of LA is proposed. Finally, case study verifies that the proposed method can effectively reduce the default energy during the implementation of the dispatching scheme.
