准稳态灵敏度方法在节点边际电价计算中的应用

Application of Quasi steady state Method in LMP Computation

  • 摘要: 在考虑电力系统动态功率频率特性的基础上, 采用整步功率系数, 来求得发电机组用于分摊系统功率不平衡量的承担系数αnG, 然后将其与准稳态灵敏度方法相结合, 计算得到发电机功率转移因子GSDF。用此方法求得的GSDF因子不再依靠平衡节点, 这也意味着节点边际电价的阻塞分量与平衡节点的选择无关, 从而可以向市场参与者收取合理的阻塞费用。最后对IEEE30节点系统进行了仿真计算, 结果说明本方法是可行的。

     

    Abstract: Based on the feature of power system’s dynamic power and frequency, the synchronizing power coefficients are utilized to compute the allocation coefficiens of the generators to share the unbalance power. Through integrating with the quasi steady state method, the generation shift distribution factor GSDF is obtained. The GSDF obtained with this method is independent on the slack reference bus, which also means the congestion component of the locational marginal price doesn’t depend on it any more, so the reasonable fee for congestion can be charged. The result of the simulation calculation of IEEE30 bus system shows the feasibility of this method.
