双向MMC型DC-DC变换器的控制策略研究

Research on Control Strategy of Bidirectional Modular Multilevel DC-DC Converter

  • 摘要: 双向MMC型DC-DC变换器由于其具有电气隔离、灵活控制直流功率、适用于高压大功率场合等诸多优势,目前得到了广泛的关注。本文提出了一种适用于双向MMC型DC-DC变换器的控制策略,该控制策略系统级采用定交直流电压控制,实现对变换器有功和无功功率的控制;阀组控制采用先生成触发脉冲,然后排序均压的控制方式,实现变换器桥臂能量的均衡。MATLAB/Simulink仿真表明在所提控制策略下,变换器可以获得稳定的直流输出电压,子模块电容电压实现了较好的均衡,同时各个子模块的开关频率也实现了一致,结果比较理想。

     

    Abstract: Bidirectional modular multilevel DC-DC converter has received extensive attention because of its advantages of electrical isolation, flexible control of DC power, and high voltage and high-power applications. A control strategy for bidirectional modular multilevel DC-DC converter is presented in this paper. The control strategy adopts the constant AC and DC voltage control to realize the control of the converters active and reactive power in the overall control. The valves control adopts the method which produces the trigger pulse firstly, then sorts and balances the voltage of sub modules(SMs) to achieve the balance of the energy of the converters arm. The Matlab/Simulink simulation shows that the converter can obtain a stable DC output voltage under the proposed control strategy. The capacitor voltages of SMs are well balanced. At the same time, the switching frequency of each SM is also consistent, and the result is ideal.
