Voltage Regulation and Evaluation Method of Medium-voltage Bus Considering the Voltage Characteristics of Transformer Area

  • 摘要: 随着负荷结构及用电规律的日趋多变,低压台区的电压偏高、偏低和电压波动问题日益复杂。为充分利用电网侧调控资源,实现精细化管理,本文提出一种考虑低压台区电压特性的中压母线电压调控与评价方法。首先从台区节点整体电压情况、节点电压是否越限、线损情况三个维度设计了台区电压特性评估指标体系,从不同侧面评价台区的综合电压状况,为中压母线的调控提供技术参考;通过功效系数法将指标统一为功效系数值;运用融合了专家意见的序关系法为各指标赋权重,将所有指标的功效系数值和权重加权求和,计算台区电压质量评估值。此评估值可将中压母线电压值的调整对台区电压质量的改善情况形成量化依据,指导电网侧调控资源的有效运行。最后通过算例验证了本文所提方法的有效性:可在不增加任何治理设备的前提下,利用电网侧资源有效改善台区电压质量。

     

    Abstract: With the change of load structure and power consumption pattern, the problem of high voltage, low voltage and voltage fluctuation in transformer area is becoming complicated. In order to make full use of the regulating resources on the grid side and achieve precision management, this paper presents a voltage regulation and evaluation method of medium-voltage bus considering the voltage characteristics of the transformer area. Firstly, a set of evaluation index system of the transformer area is established based on the overall voltage characteristics, voltage limit and line loss. The evaluation indexes are unified into the values of efficacy through the method of efficacy coefficient. Secondly, each index is weighted by sequence relation method, and weighted calculation is regarded as the voltage quality estimation of the transformer area. This estimation can quantify the improvement of voltage quality of the transformer area under a certain regulating scheme of medium-voltage bus, so that the operation of regulating resources on the grid side can be guided effectively. Finally, an example is given to verify effectiveness of this method, by which the voltage quality of the transformer area can be improved without any extra devices.
