西北电网多直流外送条件下的ATC分析

ATC Analysis of Northwest Power Grid With Multiple HVDC Power Export Transmission Lines

  • 摘要: 采用连续潮流法和交流灵敏度法的计算方法, 借助DSATools的VSAT工具, 进行了不同直流多点送出方式和相同直流多点送出方式不同运行条件下的西北电网ATC计算和分析。ATC分析结果表明, 对于典型运行方式考虑不同直流运行方式组合的情况下, 西北电网新疆联网以及所有直流输电工程投运后, 系统省际联络断面都具有较高的可用传输能力;西北电网750kV线路所形成的主网架结构在外送通道出力增加的情况下, 仍有较强的省网间的电能交换能力。这对西北电网的未来规划和安全稳定运行具有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The ATC computation makes use of Continuation Power Flow (CPF) and sensitivity method, and is carried out under different operation conditions with the tool of VSAT. From the results of considering different HVDC operation situations under the typical operating mode, there will be larger inter province ATC after Xinjiang Power Grid is connected and the commission and operation of all HVDC projects. There will be stronger power exchange capability if increasing the capacity of export power transmission passages after forming 750kV main power grid structure. The analysis can supply reference for the future plan and operation security of the Northwest power system.
