Correction Bidding Model for Distribution Day-ahead Market with Multi-Microgrid System

  • 摘要: 随着电力市场改革的推进,多微电网系统参与配电侧市场与常规能源发电商同台竞价成为趋势。鉴于此,构建了基于多代理系统的市场互动架构,建立了互动模式下多微电网系统代理和常规能源发电商代理参与的配电侧日前市场双层竞标模型。下层出清模型考虑环境因素,将碳排放外部成本进行量化与内置;上层信息修正模型通过多轮互动产生的电价、电量、碳排放等信息对发电代理的竞价策略进行优化。算例针对4个不同场景下发电代理的竞价行为进行模拟,结果表明双层竞标模型能够激发市场活力,提升多微电网系统和低排放机组的竞争力。

     

    Abstract: With the advancement of electricity market reform, the competition of multi-microgrid system and conventional power generator in the distribution market has become a trend. For this reason, the paper designs market interaction structure based on multi-agent systems theory. A bi-level bidding model under the interactive mode is built with participations of multi-microgrid system agent and conventional power generator agent. The lower-level clearing model takes into account environmental factors by quantifying carbon emissions as a part of overall cost. The upper-level information-corrected model optimizes the bidding strategies of generator agents through information generated by multiple rounds of interaction, such as electricity price, the quantity of electricity, and carbon emissions. The bidding behaviors of generator agents in four different scenarios are simulated in an example. The result shows that this bi-level bidding model can stimulate market vitality and enhance the competitiveness of multi-microgrid system and low-emission unit.
