基于非线性映射与核主成分分析的区域配电网综合评价方法

Evaluation Method of Area Distribution Networks Based on Nonlinear Mapping and Kernel Principal Component Analysis

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于非线性映射与核主成分分析的区域配电网综合评价方法。首先,将高维配电网评价结果经非线性映射降至二维,再利用改进的K均值聚类对二维数据进行分类;其次,用核主成分分析对存在非线性关系的配网评价指标降维,从经济性、安全性、可靠性、智能化水平4方面构建配网评价指标体系;最后,依据聚类划分和指标评价结果,分析各区域配电网的发展状况。应用所提方法对某省108个县域配电网进行综合评价,评价结果有效反映出该省108个县域配电网的发展现状并能确定其主要问题,表明了所提方法是科学有效的。

     

    Abstract: A comprehensive evaluation method based on non-linear mapping and kernel principal component analysis was proposed in this paper. First, non-linear mapping was utilized to reduce the high-dimensional evaluation results of area distribution network to two-dimensions, and then the two-dimensional data was clustered by an improved K-means method. Secondly, kernel principal component analysis was used to reduce the dimension of the high-dimensional distribution network evaluation index and construct the evaluation system of distribution network from four aspects of economy, security, reliability and intelligence. The proposed method was applied in 108 counties distribution networks in a province, and the results can effectively reflected the status of the 108 counties distribution networks, identified their key problems, and verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
