计及电池寿命的电动汽车参与电网调峰策略

Strategy of Electric Vehicles Participating Peak Load Regulation of Power Grid Considering Battery Life

  • 摘要: 适当利用电动汽车电池可为电网提供调峰等辅助服务,但频繁充放电会缩短电池寿命。在分析影响电动汽车电池寿命因素基础上,对电动汽车参与电网调峰的成本进行定量分析。根据分析结果设计了考虑电池寿命的电价奖惩机制,用于大规模电动汽车充电管理。该机制通过电价奖惩信号引导电动汽车电池自主调整充/放电功率,实现调峰目的。仿真程序验证了该方案在充分保障车主利益同时,可有效减少电网的负荷波动,起到削峰填谷作用。

     

    Abstract: The battery of electric vehicles (EV) can be utilized in large scale properly to provide auxiliary services such as peak load regulation and so on for power grid, however frequent charging and discharging of the battery will shorten the lifetime of the power battery for vehicles. On the basis of analyzing the factors influencing the lifetime of EV batteries, the quantitative analysis on the cost of the EV battery participating power grid peak regulation was performed. According to the analysis results, a reward and punishment mechanism of electricity price, in which the lifetime of EV battery was taken into account, was designed to manage the charging of large scale EV. Utilizing signals from the reward and punishment of electricity price, the charging/discharging power of EV battery was guided to be independently adjusted, thus the purpose of peak regulation for power grid was implemented. The proposed scheme is verified by simulation results. The proposed scheme can effectively suppress the load fluctuation in power grid and plays a role of peak-load shifting meanwhile the interests of EV owners can be safeguarded at the same time.
