基于RTLAB的柔直阀控系统全接入测试方法研究

Research on RTLAB Platform Based Testing Method of Valve Base Control System for VSC-HVDC Transmission

  • 摘要: 随着柔性直流输电(voltage source converter based high voltage direct current, VSC-HVDC)技术的应用与发展,对柔直阀控系统的可靠性测试要求不断提高,现有测试系统无法同时满足阀控系统全规模接入、全功能测试、精准建模的需求。针对已有测试系统的不足,基于RTLAB平台进行精准建模,并设计高性能、灵活配置的接口装置,搭建了阀控全接入测试系统,提出了阀控系统关键测试项目及测试方法。该测试系统及测试方法已应用于张北柔性直流输电工程北京换流站阀控系统的出厂测试中,通过测试的阀控系统在工程现场运行稳定可靠。

     

    Abstract: With the application and development of flexible high voltage direct current power transmission technology, the higher requirement for the reliability testing of valves in voltage source converter based high voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC) is continually put forward, it leads to existing testing system unable to simultaneously satisfy such requirements of valve control system as the full-scale accessing, full-functional testing and accurate modeling of valve base control system. In allusion to the inadequacy of existing testing system, firstly, based on RTLAB platform an accurate modeling was performed. Secondly, the interface devices with high performance, which could be flexibly configurated, were designed and a full access testing system for valve base control system was constructed. Thirdly, the key test items and testing method for the valve base control system were proposed. The designed test system and its testing methods have been applied to the ex-factory test of valve base control system in Beijing converter station of Zhangbei flexible HVDC power transmission project. The valve base control system that successfully passed the testing operates stably and reliable in engineering field.
