Scheme Design and Dispatch Optimization of Microgrid in Business Area under Multi-Energy Sources

  • 摘要: 微网作为智能电网的重要组成部分,其内部接入的能源种类逐渐丰富,使得系统运行状态多样,微网规划设计难度增大。为了分析微网容量配置的合理性,以降低运行成本为调度优化目标,提出了基于深度Q学习方法的多类型能源优化调度方法,进而对不同规划方案下的微网最优运行策略进行了求解,并对不同方案的经济效益进行了比较。最后,对合肥某商业地区的实际算例进行了分析建模,设计了电能替代、水源热泵三联供、综合能源系统3种能源方案,比较了各能源方案下微网建设的经济性,并给出了该地区微网建设规划的方案建议。

     

    Abstract: As an important component of smart grid, more and more kinds of energy sources have been connected into microgrid and it makes various operating states of microgrid, and it also leads to the planning and design of microgrid more complex. To analyze the reasonability of capacity configuration of microgrid, firstly taking reducing operating cost as the objective of dispatch optimization, a multi-type energy source optimal scheduling method based on deep Q-learning was proposed, and then, the optimal operating strategy of microgrid under different planning schemes was solved, and the economic benefits of different schemes were compared. Finally, taking a certain business district in Hefei city for example, the analysis and modeling of this example were conducted, and three energy source schemes, i.e., the combined cooling heating and power system with water source heat pump plan, the electric power alternative plan and the integrated energy plan were designed, and the economy of the microgrid construction under these plans were compared. Besides, a suggestion on the microgrid construction plan for this district was given.
