Voltage Sag Mitigation Equipment Preference Considering Equipment Attributes and User Characteristics

  • 摘要: 电压暂降抑制装置偏好为用户优质供电投资决策提供了基础。针对目前抑制装置治理效果评估时考虑因素单一的不足,采用效用理论描述抑制装置属性(equipment attribute,EA),同时,将电压暂降严重程度、暂降引起的负荷损失以及经济损失风险作为用户特性(user characteristics,UC),全面地描述了用户需求。最后利用巢式Logit模型分析了装置属性和用户特性对抑制装置偏好的影响。算例表明,所提方法能有效预测用户治理装置选择,反映了不同用户特性对选择抑制装置选择的影响。所提方法能够定量分析用户偏好,对优质供电投资决策具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The voltage sag mitigation equipment preference provides the foundation for user’s quality power supply investment decision. In allusion to the deficiency due to the fact that only single factor was considered during the assessment on the governance effect of mitigation equipment, the utility theory was adopted to describe the equipment attribute (EA) of mitigation equipment, meanwhile taking the severity of voltage sag and the load loss and the risk of economy loss caused by voltage sag as user characteristics (UC) the user demand was fully described. Finally, the Nested Logit model was utilized to analyze the influence of equipment attributes and user characteristics on the mitigation equipment preference. Results of computing example show that using the proposed method can effectively forecast the selection of user governance device, and it reflects the influence of different user characteristics on the selection of mitigation equipment. Using the proposed method the user’s preference can be quantitatively analyzed, so it has guiding significance for quality power supply investment decision.
