Multi Objective Topological Planning of Distribution Network Considering Load and Network Loss Uniformity

  • 摘要: 配电网拓扑结构规划中除经济性外还需考虑配电网拓扑结构可靠性。针对配电网拓扑结构研究中存在特征指标单一、难以对配电网拓扑特征均匀性进行科学评估从而影响规划可靠性的问题,提出一种综合考虑配电线路荷载率和网损率的基于均匀分布系数的配电网拓扑结构均匀规划方法。提出以荷载率拓扑熵和网损率拓扑熵来衡量配电网的网络拓扑结构,并将二者的加权和定义为均匀分布系数指标,用以表征配电网网络拓扑结构的均匀性。在此基础上,建立了以配电网经济成本最小和均匀分布系数最大为目标的配电网多目标规划模型,以提高配电网规划的经济性和可靠性。通过仿真分析验证了所提方案的合理性和优越性。

     

    Abstract: In addition to economy, the reliability of distribution network topology should be considered in distribution network topology planning. In allusion to such factors existed in the research on distribution network topological structure as single characteristic index and the difficulty to scientifically evaluate the uniformity of distribution network topology, which affect the reliability of the planning, so a distribution network topology uniform planning method, which was based on uniform distribution coefficient and overall considered both the load rate of distribution lines and the network loss rate, was proposed. It was put forward that the load rate topological entropy and network loss rate topological entropy were used to weigh the distribution network topology structure, and the weighted sum of the two entropies was defined as the index of uniform distribution coefficient to represent the uniformity of the topological structure of distribution network. On this basis, a multi-objective planning model for distribution network, in which the minimized economic cost and the maximized uniform distribution coefficient were taken as objectives, was established to improve both economy and reliability of distribution network planning. The rationality and superiority of the proposed scheme are verified by simulation results.
