考虑高比例新能源消纳的微能源网日前经济调度

Day-ahead Economic Dispatch of Micro-energy Grid Considering High Proportion of Renewable Energy Consumption

  • 摘要: 能源危机是目前全球各国面临的共同难题,各国专家学者均积极研究能源可持续利用。因此,可再生能源逐渐受到研究者们的青睐,新能源并网比例不断增加。但是由此引发的新能源消纳问题是一大挑战。为解决这一问题,在由热电联产机组、燃气轮机、电锅炉、电转气设备及储能设备组成的微能源网中,在考虑电负荷需求响应的同时,在微能源网中引入电动汽车,以系统运行成本最小为目标函数,建立微能源网日前调度混合整数线性模型。热电联产实现了能源的分级利用,提高系统对电与热的利用率;电转气设备可以把网络中过剩的新能源出力转换为天然气并储存在天然气网络和储气设备中;储能设备在一定程度上打破了电热耦合制约,增加了各能源之间的调度灵活性;考虑需求响应后,微能源网调度灵活性提高,可以实时根据电价变化与负荷变化进行调度,起到“削峰填谷”的作用。最后通过算例仿真分析验证了模型的有效性。

     

    Abstract: At present, the energy crisis becomes the common puzzle that the countries around the world are faced with, thus the sustainable utilization of energy sources is actively researched by experts and scholars from various countries, and the renewable energy is valued by the researchers and the proportion of grid-connected new energy is being constantly increased. However, the resulting accommodation of new energy becomes a big challenge. To solve this problem, in the micro energy grid constituted by thermoelectric cogeneration units, gas turbines, electric boilers, power-to-gas equipments and energy storage equipments when the demand response of electric load was taken into account, the electric vehicle was led into the micro energy grid, and taking the minimum system operating cost as the objective function a day-ahead dispatching hybrid integer linear model of micro energy grid was established. The graded utilization of energy was realized by the cogeneration of heat and the utilization rate of heat and electricity in the system was improved. The power-to-gas equipment could convert the surplus new energy output into natural gas and stored in natural gas network or gas storage equipments. The energy storage equipments broke the constraints of electric-thermal coupling to a certain extent and the scheduling flexibility among various energy sources was increased. Considering the demand response, the flexibility of micro energy network scheduling was improved and the realtime dispatching could be conducted according to the change of electricity price, and the role of peak-load shifting could be played. Finally, by means of the simulation the effectiveness of the established model is verified.
