园区光储多场景协同优化运行策略

Cooperative Optimization Control Method for Photovoltaic and Energy Storage in Photovoltaic Zone to Participate in Multiple Application Scenarios

  • 摘要: 光伏园区配备储能可以减小光伏出力的波动性并提高光伏消纳率,除此之外储能的裕量还可以同时参与其他的应用场景,提升光储系统运行经济性。为此以园区光储运营商的收益最大为目标,以光储功率和负荷侧功率为约束条件,提出了储能同时参与3种应用场景,即平抑波动、能量时移、调频市场时的协同优化策略。研究了市场价格因素对于收益、支出和弃光率的影响程度以及对策略倾斜度的影响。算例分析表明,所提协同优化策略可在提高园区光储运营商收益的前提下减小园内用户的支出并提高光伏消纳率,为运营商在面对市场波动的决策处理时提供了理论依据,进而推动光储园区建设的发展。

     

    Abstract: Equipping energy storage in photovoltaic (abbr. PV) zone can mitigate the fluctuation of PV output and improve PV accommodation rate, besides, at the same time the overmeasure of energy storage can also participate in other application scenarios to improve the operating economy of PV and energy storage system. For this reason, a cooperative optimization control strategy for energy storage simultaneously participating in three application scenarios, i.e., smoothing fluctuation, energy time-shifting and frequency regulation market, in which the maximized earning of PV and energy storage operator was taken as the objective and the PV and energy storage power and the load-side power were taken as constraint conditions, was proposed. The impacting extent of market price factor on earning, expenditure and PV curtailment rate as well as the impact on strategy inclination extent were researched. Results of computing example show that utilizing the proposed cooperative optimization strategy and on the premise of increasing the earning of PV storage operator the expenditure of the users inside the zone can be decreased and the PV accommodation rate can be improved, thus, it provides theoretical basis for operators carrying out the market fluctuation-oriented decision process, and then promotes the development of construction of optical storage zone.
