Optimization Method for Grid-connection of Distributed Generation Considering Demand Side Participation

  • 摘要: 风、光发电的波动性增大了电网消纳分布式可再生能源的难度,针对该问题引入需求响应参与度模型,采用分层优化的方法研究含分布式电源的配电网配置问题。在规划层考虑需求响应改造成本与网损灵敏度,确定电网调控负荷容量及分布式电源安装位置;运行层考虑需求侧负荷受控参与、电价激励主动参与2种模式,评估不同参与度场景中的经济效益、可再生能源使用率、电压稳定性及削峰填谷等指标。同时,求解过程采用模拟退火-粒子群混合算法,以提高分层优化模型的求解效率并保持解集的多样性。最终结合东北地区实际配电系统进行仿真分析,表明需求侧参与分布式电源并网能够有效改善能源消纳和削峰填谷效果,结果验证了所用方法的合理性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: The fluctuation of wind and photovoltaic (abbr. PV) power generation increases the difficulty of accommodating distributed renewable energy in power grid. To cope with this problem a demand response participation degree model was led in. Firstly, the configuration of distribution network containing distributed energy resource was researched by hierarchical optimization. Secondly, in the planning layer the renovation cost and network loss sensitivity were considered to determine the regulation and control capability of load capacity regulated and controlled by the grid as well as the installation positions of distributed energy sources. Thirdly, in the operation layer two modes, i.e., the mode of controlled participation of demand side load and the mode of active participation of price incentive, were considered to evaluate such indicators in the scenarios of different participation degree as economic benefit, usage rate of renewable energy source, voltage stability and peak load shifting, etc. Meanwhile, the simulated annealing - particle swarm optimization hybrid algorithm were used in the solving process to improve the solving efficiency of the hierarchical optimization model and to keep the diversity of the solution set. Finally, combining with a certain practical distribution system in North-Eastern China region the simulation analysis was performed. Simulation results show that demand side participates the grid-connection of distributed energy source can effectively improve the accommodation of energy source and the effect of peak-load shifting, thus, the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
