限出力下风电集群弃风功率的快速协调分配方法

Fast Coordinated Distribution Method for Curtailed Wind Power Among Clustered Wind Farms With Limited Output

  • 摘要: 风电集群的有功协调控制是提高风电利用率,促进风电场安全稳定运行的有效手段。为充分挖掘风电集群内各风电场有功主动控制的协调效应,提出了一种限出力下风电集群弃风功率的快速协调分配方法。首先,基于分群思想将风电场分为升功率风电场和降功率风电场两类,并针对两类风电场约束条件的特点分别对其简化等效,构建以风电场出力调整量平方和最小为目标的风电集群弃风功率的协调分配模型;然后,利用强对偶定理推导了所提模型中风电场弃风功率的快速解析求解方法;最后以河南某实际风电集群为例分析验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。算例结果表明,所提风电集群弃风功率协调分配方法能够有效缩减问题规模,提升模型求解速度,所得的风电场弃风策略能够降低风电机组调度指令波动次数和机组启停次数,有利于提高风电场精细化运行控制水平。

     

    Abstract: The coordinated active power control of clustered wind farms is an effective way to improve the wind power utilization and promote the security and stability of wind farm operation. To fully tap the advantage of the coordination active control of clustered wind farms under limited output scenarios, a fast coordinated distribution method for curtailed wind power among clustered wind farms with limited output was proposed. Firstly, based on the thinking of hiving the cluster off, the clustered wind farms were divided into two sorts, i.e., power rising farms and power deduction farms, and the constraint condition of each sort of wind farms was simplified respectively, then according to its own characteristics a coordinative allocation model of the curtailed wind power of wind power cluster, in which the minimum quadratic sum of the adjustment amount of wind farm output was taken as objective, was constructed. Secondly, by use of strong duality theory a fast analytical solution method for the curtailed wind power in the mentioned model. Finally, taking a certain actual wind power cluster in Henan province for example, the effectiveness of the proposed model and method were verified. Results of computing example show that the proposed coordinated distribution strategy for curtailed wind power among wind power farms can effectively downsize the scale of the problem and improve solving speed of the model, besides, utilizing the obtained curtailed wind power strategy both the frequency of dispatching order variation and the start and stop times of the units can be decreased, and it is in favour of improving the level of refined operation control of wind farms.
