基于变分自编码器-物元分析法的抽水蓄能电站效能综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation on Pumped-Storage Power Station Based on VAE-Matter Element Analysis

  • 摘要: “双碳”目标下构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,电网安全运行将面临巨大挑战,抽水蓄能电站在保障电网安全稳定运行等方面能够发挥关键作用。因此如何对抽水蓄能电站进行效能评价并促进其持续提升的研究,具有重要的理论和现实意义。利用变分自编码器智能算法对抽水蓄能电站效能评价指标赋权,通过物元分析法构建抽水蓄能电站效能评价模型,并运用该模型对我国42家不同区域的抽水蓄能电站进行效能综合评价分析,得到效能综合评价结果。组织管理能力、技术融合能力和社会影响力是关键的影响因素,为抽水蓄能电站实现效能稳步提升,提供了科学合理的综合评价方法。

     

    Abstract: To build a new type of power system, in which the new energy source is taken as the main body, under the goal of "Dual Carbon", the secure operation of this kind of power grid will face significant challenge, and in such power grid the pumped storage power station will play a key role in ensuring secure and stable operation of the power grid. Therefore, the research on how to evaluate and continuously promote the efficiency of pumped storage power station is of important theoretical and practical significance. For this reason, the variational self-encoder intelligent algorithm was used to empower the competencies appraisal index of pumped storage power station, and by means of matter element analysis method an efficiency evaluation model of pumped storage power station was established, and by use of the established model, the performance comprehensive evaluation and analysis on 42 pumped storage power stations located in different regions of China were conducted and the results of performance comprehensive evaluation were obtained. In the obtained results the ability to organize and manage, the technology integration capability and the social influence are key impacting factors, thus, to realize the steady improvement in efficiency of pumped storage power station, a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation method is provided.
