电源布局调整对电网安全及节能影响的研究

Research on the Effect of Distribution Adjustment of Power Plant on Safety and Energy\|saving of Power Grid

  • 摘要: 综合运用电力系统潮流分析技术、最优化方法、可靠性理论以及稳定性分析方法, 针对不同的电源布局, 并行计算电网供电可靠性、功角稳定性、电压稳定性以及有功网损。以2015年华东某地区电网规划方案以及6套电源调整方案为例, 分析电源布局调整对该电网安全及节能的影响, 在此基础上给出电源调整建议方案。研究结果表明, 在电源布局调整过程中适当考虑负荷中心的电源配置, 将有利于提高电网可靠性和稳定性, 降低网损, 更好达到整体节能效果。

     

    Abstract: As to distribution adjustment of power plant, the reliability of power supply, the stability of angle and voltage, and loss of active power can be calculated in parallel by comprehensively using of power flow analysis technique, the optimized approach, reliability theory and stability analysis method. Taking the regional planning for power grid of East China in 2015 with six sets of power plant adjustment schemes as example, the effect of distribution adjustment of power plant on the safety and energy\|saving of power grid is analyzed, then suggested scheme of power plant adjustment is given. The results show that power plants that are properly configured in load center can help to improve reliability and stability of power grid and reduce losses, which achieve better whole energy\|savings.
