空冷系统凝结水下降管振动的分析及对策

  • 摘要: 空冷系统凝结水下降管振动是机组设计及运行过程中面临的问题之一,大坝发电厂三期扩建2×600MW空冷机组凝结水下降管发生振动,影响机组的正常工作,严重威胁机组的安全运行。以提高机组安全经济性为目的,采用了有限元分析软件ANSYS分别建立改造前后的下降管模型,通过对其进行振动的数值模拟,得到了下降管的固有频率和振型。分析了改造前后的振动情形,找出了产生振动的原因,提出了减少振动的措施,为电厂防振设计提供了一个可借鉴的依据。

     

    Abstract: The vibration of condensate downcomer is one of the problems in the design and operation of the air cooling units, this problem affected normal operation and even brought serious consequences for the air cooling units(2?600MW) in Daba Power Plant phase III. For the purpose of improving the safety and economy of units, the downcomer model before and after the structure modification had been established by making use of finite element software ANSYS, the inherent frequency and vibration model were obtained through numerical simulation of vibration. The situations of vibration were analyzed, the cause of vibration was found. The solution for the vibration proof of the power plant design was proposed.
