Backbone Grid Construction Based on Comprehensive Consideration of Load Supply and Importance of Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 骨干网架的构建是进行差异化规划以提高电网抵御自然灾害能力的首要条件。引入电网最大负荷供应能力反映网架线路的重要性,在综合考虑了网架负荷供应量和线路重要性的基础上提出了一种新的骨干网架搜索模型,并采用改进的生物地理学算法进行网架搜索,引入混合迁移算子、混沌变异策略、排重操作以及"贪婪"策略增强算法的搜索能力,并与常用优化算法中的粒子群算法、遗传算法以及传统的生物地理学算法进行了对比。仿真算例结果表明,本文所提方法正确有效,搜索到的骨干网架方案满足差异化规划要求,采用的改进生物地理学算法具有较高的搜索效率。

     

    Abstract: The construction of backbone grid is the paramount condition for differential planning to improve the ability of power system on resisting natural disasters. The maximum load supplying capacity is introduced to reflect the importance of the grid lines. A new backbone grid-searching model is put forward by considering both load supply and importance of transmission line. In addition, an improved biogeography based algorithm is used to search the backbone grid. Such algorithms as mixed transport operator, chaotic mutation strategy, duplication-eliminating operations and greedy strategy are introduced to enhance the search ability, which is compared with that of the particle swarm optimization algorithm, genetic algorithm and traditional biogeography based algorithm. Simulation examples show that the proposed method is accurate and effective, the searched backbone grid scheme can meet the requirements of differential planning, and the improved biogeography based algorithm has higher search efficiency.
