Full Life-cycle Economic Evaluation of Hybrid Isolated Micro-grid

  • 摘要: 混合型孤立微网具有节能环保、供电可靠性高等优点。针对包含风力发电机、光伏电池板、储能电池和柴油发电机的混合型孤立微网,结合全寿命周期理论,建立系统从投资建设、运行维护到回收利用全寿命周期内的经济性评估模型。提出了用于衡量混合型孤立微网全寿命周期经济性的评估指标。通过算例分析,研究了混合型孤立微网采用不同调度策略时的全寿命周期经济性情况,对比了混合型孤立微网与传统孤立供电系统全寿命周期经济性的差异。研究结果体现出混合型孤立微网在节能与经济性方面的优势,同时验证了所提全寿命周期经济性评估模型的可行性与有效性。

     

    Abstract: Hybrid isolated micro-grid has such advantages as energy saving, environmental protection and high power supply reliability. As to hybrid isolated micro-grid that contains wind turbine generators, photovoltaic batteries, energy storage batteries and diesel generators, the full life-cycle economic evaluation model that can assess cost from construction investment and operation maintenance to recycling is built based on the full life-cycle theory. Two evaluation indexes are also proposed to measure the full life-cycle cost of the hybrid isolated micro-grid. Through the example analysis, the full life-cycle economic information of the hybrid isolated micro-grid with different dispatch strategies is studied, and the full life-cycle economic difference between the hybrid isolated micro-grid and the traditional isolated power system is also compared. The analysis results show that hybrid isolated micro-grid is more energy saving and economic, which verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed full life-cycle economic evaluation model.
