A Network Health Evaluation Method for Radial Distribution System

  • 摘要: 研究配电系统的网络健康性能对于配电网状态检修的开展具有重要价值。针对配电系统难以量化评价以馈线元为整体的网络健康性能问题,本文采用成功流(GO)法,将配电设备的健康指数映射为成功运行概率,利用网络等值法解析配电网结构,提出了一种基于设备健康状态评价的配电系统网络健康评价方法,并在IEEE RBTS-Bus2馈线4结构中进行了仿真验证。理论和仿真分析结果表明:该方法逻辑清晰,便于计算机编程实现,为实现配电系统网络整体健康性能的量化评价提供了一种可行方案。

     

    Abstract: The study of network health of distribution system is of significant value for network condition-based maintenances. In order to quantitatively assess the network performance of distribution system, a new health index (HI) model of distribution network is proposed based on assets condition. The idea of Goal Oriented (GO) method is introduced into the health evaluation of distribution networks by converting the health index of distribution equipment into probability forms. And the relative complex structure is analyzed using network-equivalent method. Moreover, five typical cases are simulated in the 4th feeder of IEEE RBTS-Bus2 system. As a result, the theoretical analysis and simulation results show that this method is logically clear and easy to be programmed on computer, which provide a feasible solution for quantitative evaluation of whole health performance for distribution power network.
