Long and Mid-term Dispatching Interactive Technology of Distribution Network Considering the Operational Source-grid-load Characteristics

  • 摘要: 配电网可调度资源的用电方式以及对激励信号的敏感程度都有很大差异,这些将直接影响调度资源互动的可操作性、运转效率及电网运行效益。本文在考虑工作日与节假日运行方式、计划检修协调优化以及临时供电优化、重要负荷保电需求等因素的基础上,将多种互动按不同场景进行分别处理,研究中长期配电网络、分布式电源、负荷、上级电网之间的互动技术。针对配电网月度运行结构优化的目标、模型和方法开展详细研究,将多目标粒子群优化算法用于南京实际配电网运行结构优化,并从配电网月度运行结构最优解集中获得该地区的最优运行结构参考方案,验证了本文所提方法的有效性和正确性。

     

    Abstract: The electricity usage mode of dispatchable resources for distribution network and its sensitivity to excitation signals are greatly different, which will directly influence the operability, operating efficiency and operating benefit of interactive resources dispatching. In this paper, according to such factors as weekday and holiday operation mode, coordinative optimization of planned maintenance, optimization of temporary power supply and power guarantee demand of important load, the multiple interactive operations are divided into different scenes to study interactive technology among long-and-medium-term distribution network, distributed generators, load and higher level power grid. An in-depth study of the objective, model and method for monthly operation structure optimization is carried out, and the operation structure optimization of actual Nanjing distribution network is solved by multi-objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO) algorithm. The optimal reference scheme is obtained from the solution sets of monthly operation structure optimization, which verifies the correctness and validity of proposed method.
