A New Non-isolated Low-ripple Current Input and High-gain DC-DC Converter

  • 摘要: 为改善DC-DC变换器性能提出了一种兼具低输入电流纹波和高增益的DC-DC变换器:通过交错控制方式以及合理的设置滤波电容来减小输入电流的脉动,通过高频升压变压器及副边开关电容升压电路两者的配合以极大提高DC-DC变换器的增益。文中详细分析了新提出的DC-DC变换器工作机理以及系统的综合性能,并进一步给出了系统的具体设计方法,最后搭建了一台100W,20V/200V样机,实验最高效率为92.5%,验证了理论分析的正确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the performance of the DC-DC converter, a new type DC-DC converter with low input current ripple and high voltage gain is proposed. Through using double boost chopper and a reasonable filter capacitance to decrease input current ripple, high voltage gain is achieved by the cooperation between the high-frequency step-up transformer and the vice-edge switch capacitance booster circuit. In this paper, the working principle of proposed DC-DC inverter and comprehensive performance of system are analyzed in detail, and detail design method of system is further given. In the end, a 100 W, 20V/200V prototype has been built to validate the correctness of this theoretical analysis, by which the highest efficiency of 92.5% is obtained.
