Planning of Electric Vehicle Charging Station Considering V2G Model

  • 摘要: 考虑到V2G模式和电动汽车充电站规划之间的联系,在分时电价机制的基础上,分析了电动汽车用户的充放电行为,并建立了电动汽车充电站的充电收益、放电成本和固有成本模型,同时以电动汽车充电站年总收益最大为目标函数。针对充电站候选站址的选择问题提出了包含环境条件、社会条件和政策因素等在内的外在选择条件。同时在Voronoi图的基础上结合路网交通流量对电动汽车充电站的容量进行确定。通过离散二进制粒子群算法实现了考虑V2G模式的电动汽车充电站的规划。最后,算例分析验证了规划模型的合理性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: Taking into account the relationship between V2G model and electric vehicle charging station planning, the charging and discharging behavior of electric vehicle users is analyzed on the basis of time-of-use price mechanism. The maximum annual total income of electric vehicle charging station is taken as the objective function while the model of the charging income, discharging cost and inherent cost of the electric vehicle charging station is established. The external selection conditions including environmental conditions, social conditions and policy factors are proposed for the selection of candidate stations. Meanwhile, based on Voronoi diagram, the capacity of electric vehicle charging station is determined by the network traffic flow. The planning of electric vehicle charging station considering V2G model is solved by binary particle swarm optimization. Finally, the case study verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed planning model.
