基于能量指标的电压暂降严重程度评估方法研究

Research on Evaluation Method of Voltage Sag Severity Based on Energy Index

  • 摘要: 能量指标是电压暂降问题的重要指标,基于此本文分别建立系统侧和设备侧电压暂降严重程度分级评估参考基准,直观地展现系统供电电能质量的优劣和设备对电压暂降的响应情况。其中,系统侧电压暂降严重程度分级评估基准以484次实测电压暂降事件的能量指标值作为样本数据,然后利用最大熵原理建立系统最合理的能量指标值分布,分别求取分位值P95、P75、P50和P25作为分级评估基准值;设备侧电压暂降严重程度分级评估基准基于能量指标建立综合负荷的故障率模型,分别求取分位值P95、P75、P50和P25划分基准等级。在此基础上,提出基于能量指标的综合严重程度指标,该指标综合考虑系统侧的暂降事件严重性和设备侧的不正常运行程度,二者分别通过能量指标和设备故障隶属函数反映,可用于实际暂降事件的综合评估。

     

    Abstract: Based on the energy index,which is an important indicator of the voltage sag problem, reference benchmarks for grading voltage sag severity for the system side and equipment side are given respectively in this paper, and the pros and cons of the system power supply quality and the response of the equipment to the voltage sag are visually shown. The grading evaluation criterion of system voltage sag severity is determined based on 484 measured energy index values of sag events as the sample data. Then the maximum entropy principle is used to establish the most reasonable energy index value distribution of the system, and division of P95, P75, P50 and P25 are taken as the grading evaluation reference value. For the grading evaluation criterion of system voltage sag severity at equipment side, the fault rate model of integrated load is established based on the energy index, and the reference levels for division of P95, P75, P50 and P25 are obtained respectively. In the end, the comprehensive severity index based on energy index is put forward, which comprehensively considers the seriousness of voltage sag at the system side and the abnormal operation degree at the equipment side. Both are respectively reflected by the energy index and the equipment failure membership function, which can be used for comprehensive assessment of actual voltage sags.
