Comprehensive Evaluation of Power Grid Security and Benefit Based on BWM Entropy Weight TOPSIS Method

  • In allusion to such problems as excessive subjective consciousness brought by traditional single object evaluation method, lacking of objective evaluation on raw data itself and uneven distribution of weights and so on, thus based on best worst method(BWM, entropy weight and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) a comprehensive evaluation method for power grid security and benefit was proposed. In this method, firstly, the solution of Nash equilibrium was taken as the object of coordinated optimization and led into BWM-entropy weight method to calculate the comprehensive weight; secondly, the TOPSIS method was utilized to sort the disparity among the selected schemes and ideal scheme. Finally, the most reasonable scheme was defined. In the proposed method, all objective data were utilized to balance both subjective and objective weights. Taking the 16 indices in both safety and benefit in 2017 given by State Grid Economic Research Institute taking for example the feasibility of the proposed method is verified.
