Multi-Dimensional Evaluation Model of Wind Farm Operation Performance Based on AHP and Cloud Model

  • In order to arrange the operation and maintenance plan reasonably by analyzing production status of the wind farm in former years to improve economic performance to the greatest extent, considering the multilevel and multi-factor property of wind farm operation situation a multi-dimensional evaluation model, which combined Analytic Hierarchy Process (abbr. AHP) with fuzzy mathematic theory, was proposed. Firstly, analyzing the factors influencing wind farm operation, a multilevel evaluation index system for wind farm operation performance, which included four first grade indices, i.e., device operation, productive maintenance, power consumption and electric quantity as well as twelve second grade indices, was established, and the AHP was utilized to construct a weight vector model. Secondly, in allusion to the fact that the index evaluation near the threshold was hard to distinguish, the modified cloud parameters were adopted to generate the normal membership cloud to determine the membership degree of each evaluation index relative to the evaluation set, and then, by means of weight vectors and fuzzy relation model the fuzzy operation was performed to obtain the multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation results of wind farm operation performance. Finally, taking practical operation data of a certain wind farm in China for computing example, both rationality and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation model is verified.
