Applicability Evaluation of Energy Internet Business Model Based on Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory-Analytic Network Process

  • To scientifically evaluate the applicability of energy Internet business model and to provide decision basis for the management of energy Internet enterprises, firstly, both concept and element of business model of energy Internet were defined. Secondly, from five dimensions, i.e., the economic efficiency, the energy service quality, the sustainable management ability, the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction and the social development impetus ability, an evaluation index system for the applicability of energy internet business model was established. On this basis, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on decision making trial and evaluation laboratory-analytic network process (abbr. DEMATEL-ANP)and Vague set was constructed. Finally, taking a certain energy Internet enterprise for example, the constructed model was verified. Results of computing example show that the constructed model possesses good applicability.
