Energy Interaction in Integrated Energy Microgrid Group and Benefit Analysis on Multi-energy Market Construction

  • The social benefits brought by the completion of the multi-energy market are contingent upon the costs in the process of market construction and the cost savings generated by the energy interaction of micro-grid groups after the completion of the market. The premise of market construction lies in the comprehensive assessment of market benefits. In this paper, a method is proposed to evaluate the benefits associated with multi-energy market construction. Firstly, the operating framework of regional multi-energy market is constructed, followed by the establishment of a cost model of this market. Then, an energy interaction optimization model of microgrid was established with the goal of minimizing the total cost of microgrid group, and an identification method for assessing the feasibility of multi-energy market construction was formed. A test example is constructed for simulation, and the sensitivity analysis of the influence of the external energy price on the multi-energy market is carried out. The results demonstrate that the method proposed in this paper offers a scientifically sound approach to evaluate the trading volume and trading benefits among various micro-grid groups in a region. By comparing the market trading benefits with its construction costs, it provides a valuable guidance on the feasibility of establishing a regional multi-energy market in this region.
