Visualization Technology of Power Flow Calculation

  • With the enlarging of power grid, the demand on visualization technology of complex power grid analysis has become increasingly urgent. In this paper, under integrated development environment on MapInfo and PowerBuilder platform, the function, system architecture and data structure of electric network analysis module are designed by combining analysis process of complex power grid and visualization technology based on geographic information. In addition, key visualization technology of load flow calculation and its realization method are discussed, based on which the influence of grid fault on power supply of urban power network is analyzed and power supply statuses of urban power network are described dynamically and intuitively under different grid operation modes. Finally, taking IEEE -14 nodes network as example, the feasibility and validity of visualization analysis module of load flow calculation are verified.
