Study on Cost Allocation Mechanism of Wind Power Intergration

  • Long distance and large scale grid connected wind power make power system face many challenges, and the allocation problem of wind power intergration is one of potential obstacles that block the development of wind power. Under the basic situation of allocation mechanism for international wind power intergration, the existing main problems of cost allocation mechanism for wind power in china are presented to deal with unknown cost allocation and incorrect compensatory approaches, the allocation method between three stakeholders is summarized, and the basic principle of differences reflected in their proportions is given. In this paper, taking the first phase project of Gansu Jiuquan 10GW wind power as example, the cost of long distance large scale wind power transmission is estimated, and the fast forming of effective cost allocation mechanism of wind power intergration will support the healthy and sustainable development of wind power referring to international experience.
