Research and Design of Intelligent Quick Charger for Electric Vehicle

  • High power switch source converter technique that is applied to intelligent charger is presented in this paper to meet the requirement of fast and scatheless charging for the automobile storage batteries. As the need of charging, the total scheme of quick charging system for electric vehicle is given, and the selection of topology configuration of highpower charger, the design of control circuit and protection circuit are introduced in detail. Experimental results prove that the charging power can scathelessly charge for power batteries in short time, which meet the requirement of rapid charging. The study in this paper provides reliable and effective charging equipment for novel automobile vehicle and shows good application prospect.
