Integrated Simulation System of Electricity Market: Realization, Experimental Results and Evaluation

  • As to current electricity market in China, an integrated electricity simulation system based on internet techniques is proposed to study and verify the market issues. Based on international advanced market simulation theory and method, the system is developed by combing the common characteristics of electricity market model and the actual demand in our country, which can carry out largescale simulation of electricity market operation in the LAN, simulate a variety of market environment and mode, and it also has such functions as setting all kinds of experiment schemes, modifying experiment parameters, and recording and analyzing experiment results and so on. In addition, the system integrates both methods of human bidding and agentbased simulation for the first time in the world. In the end, a 15machine test system with the introducing of electricity market evaluation indices is used to analyze the market operation efficiency and experiment operation behavior. The results verify the validity and rationality of the integrated simulation system.
