Research on the Integrated Decision\|making for Switching Station Construction

Building switching stations increase the investment of distribution network, but at the same time, it solves the problem of the shortage intervals substation outlet. At present, There isnt a uniform standard for decision\|making of switching stations construction. A comprehensive decision\|making model of switching station is proposed in this paper. In this model, the load is forecasted by using of land usage simulation method, with constraints of enforceability and model with objective functions of economy and reliability, and time value of cost is also considered. The practical example verifies the scientific validity of the model, which will be the reference for construction of switching station.
