Study on On Line Diagnosis Method of CouplingParallel Misalignment for Turbo Generator

Coupling parallel misalignment is one of the typical faults at turbo-generator unit. Using the acquired shaft vibration signals, bearing vibration signals, bearing temperatures and FFT spectrum to analyze the speed frequency vibration and axis path and diagnose parallel misalignment, an intelligent diagnosis on vibration fault for turbo-generator unit is applied. Due to the similarity among the fault symptoms, this paper proposes a method, which combines the main symptoms with auxiliary symptoms. An actual vibration fault is analysized and a correct conclusion is drawn finally.
