Abstract
When the fault occurs in distribution power grid, the remaining source capacity will not supply enough power for loads in power supply interrupted district, so the purpose at this time is to restore as much as load in that district. As to the characteristics of distribution power grid, the objective function and its constraints for fault service restoration model are proposed in the paper. Based on interspecific competitive generic algorithm, by using of adaptive strategy, the interspecific evolutionary process is coordinated by adaptive technique by crossover and mutation operators. Through adaptive regulating of interspecific competitive frequency to promote the generating of optimum individual, chromosome crossover and mutation are improved according to practical situation. Case analysis shows that the proposed algorithm has strong global searching ability and fast convergence speed, which can help to restore more loads in power supply interrupted district.
