Abstract
The order arrangement of orderly power utilization for industry users influence the power scheduling and power supply reliability, the production arrangement and economic benefits of electricity users. In order to maximize the value of orderly power utilization, an evaluation index system of orderly power utilization for industrial users is built from four aspects, such as economic effect, energy efficiency, environmental value, and the user credit. The subsystem layer and the index layer are weighted by using of sequence relations and entropy method respectively, then the orderly power utilization for industrial users is comprehensive analyzed using gray relevance ideal point method. In the end, a numerical simulation is carried out by selecting nine representative industrial users as example.
