Dispatching of Mid long Term Integrated Generation consumption

  • For the tightness of electric power and energy supply, current emergency scheduling of interrupting load not only brings serious economic losses to the grid company, but also poses a threat to the operation stability of power grid. In this paper, the consumption resources are considered during the generation dispatching, and the mid long term integrated generation consumption dispatching model is built with the constraints of power energy balance and the objective of minimum benefit loss based on the generation expansion planning, maintenance scheduling, demand forecasting, energy supply forecasting and the electricity characteristic analysis. Then the model is converted into a mixed integer linear programming model, which is solved by the CPLEX solver. In the end, a hydrothermal power system with 13 cascade hydropower stations and 18 thermal power plants is tested by taking into account both dispatching measures of the interruptible load and out going power reduction. Example analysis shows that the model can ensure the mid long term power energy balance, and optimize the power generation and consumption in unified way, which improve the safety and economy of system operation.
