Rapid Reconstruction Method of Load Balancing for Distribution Network Based on Feeder Pairs

For achieving online application, a fast reconfiguration method of distribution network is presented based on feeder pairs to make the network load balance and improve network reliability in this paper. The feeder pairs is treated as a unit by this method and the optimal transfer load formula is used to transfer load in feeder pairs to rapidly achieve load balancing within the feeder pairs. Then loads are balanced in whole network on this basis. The whole network balance is ranked from heavier to lighter according to the load unbalanced degree of feeder pairs. The purpose of whole network load balancing will achieve finally through marking and eliminating the optimization symbol of the feeder pairs in reconfiguration. In the end, two examples are given to verify the rapidness and effectiveness of the proposed method, which can meet the online application requirements of distribution network reconfiguration.
