Abstract
A new optimal algorithm is proposed for the optimal model of distribution device maintenance scheduling.In the hybrid intelligent algorithm, the complex method is embedded in the genetic algorithm, and is treated as one operator of the genetic algorithm. It sufficiently combines the advantages of the complex method and the genetic algorithm, and remedies the drawbacks of each algorithm.The practical example verifies that the hybrid intelligent algorithm has the characters of easy convergence and powerful local optimization of the complex method, and the powerful global search of the genetic algorithm. Through comparison of the example's results, the hybrid intelligent algorithm is verified to be effective. The application of the hybrid intelligent algorithm's optimal results to the device maintenance scheduling reduces the loss of the distribution grids.
