Characteristic Analysis of Oscillation Center for China Southern Power Gridon Commissioning of “Liang Du” HVDC Project

  • Based on 2014 operation mode on commissioning of “Liang Du” HVDC project, the system characteristic of oscillation center and the action status of the out of step devices are studied after analyzing the non action of blocking equipment and stability control system for “Liang Du” and “Yun Guang” HVDC project. At the same time, the Northeast Area of Yunnan province for “Xi Luo Du” HVDC project is also studied. According to analysis results, it is suggested to revise the configuration and value of the current out of step system, and add out of step devices at YongFeng DuoLe section.
