Abstract
The past reliability index for distribution network planning is calculated based on the failure rate and failure duration, it is difficult to be applied in practice, so the multiple objectives planning method based on contingency\| load\|loss index (CLLI) is put forward, which proves that the CLLI has strong correlation with such reliability assessment indexes as SAIDI and CAIDI. These indexes are calculated by considering the reliability requirement of different load types, which can effectively represent the reliability of the different types of network frame. The planning of such devices as sectionalizing switches, automatic reclosing (RA) switch are considered in distribution network planning to improve the reliability of the distribution network. The improved dominant sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA\|Ⅱ) is used for optimizing such objectives as economic and reliability indexes at the same time, and a set of feasible solutions is obtained. By taking a 21\|nodes system as example, it is verifies that proposed model and algorithm has strong feasibility and superiority.
