Abstract
In this paper, the control strategy of central air conditioning load is studied by considering the thermal comfort level of consumers and payback load effect under the background of the energy internet. The influencing factors of the thermal comfort level of consumer for central air conditioning load and payback load effect are analyzed. The enthalpy theory is used to decouple the effective temperature into latent heat and sensible heat variables which stand for the thermal comfort level of consumers. Both variables are fuzzed by fuzzy control theory, and then the DLC strategy for control algorithm of fuzzy thermal comfort level is proposed based on least enthalpy estimation. The thermal comfort level of consumers and payback load effect curtailment are affected by different turn-off duration. In the end, the simulation result shows that the proposed method can effectively reduce the payback load, maintain more than 80% thermal comfort level, and achieve 25%-35% energy saving effect.
