Optimized Method for Coordinating Reactive Power and Voltage Level in Distribution Network by Considering the Uncertainty of DG and EV

  • By combing the voltage regulating method realized by distributed generations that can provide reactive power from DFIG and PV systems and the traditional voltage control mode, the optimized model for coordinating reactive power and voltage level in distributed network integrated with distributed generations and electric vehicles is built by taking the charging of electric vehicles as a kind of stochastic load. The minimization of the Expectations mean deviation of node voltage is set as the objective function, and the maximum deviation of active power loss and node voltage are added to be the penalty function. The improved fruit fly optimization algorithm is used to solve this optimization problem. In the end, IEEE 33-bus distribution system is used as a test case, and the validity of the algorithm and the model presented in this paper is verified by comparing with that of particle swarm algorithm.
