Cooperative Optimal Control on Temperature and Humidity of Precision Air Conditioning Based on Energy Consumption Simulation

  • Precision air conditioning is widely used, and energy consumption of air-conditioning system accounts for large proportion of the total energy consumption in its application. In order to optimize the operation of precision air conditioning and save its energy consumption, the optimal operation model of coordinated temperature and humidity control system is established based on energy consumption simulation. By using the heat balance theory and combing with the cooling power of the indoor equipment and the outdoor temperature changes, the setting value of indoor temperature and the heat balance equation of load are built. In addition, the difference of the indoor and outdoor relative humidity is further considered, and energy balance model of humidification and dehumidification of air conditioning is established. And aiming to the operation economy and stability of the air conditioning, the optimized operation model for coordinated temperature and humidity controlling of precision air conditioning is built. The ideal point method and genetic algorithm are used to solve the model, and the optimal control of the air conditioning operation mode is achieved by considering of stability and economic. In the end, the correctness and validity of model are verified through case analysis.
