Design of Bidding Mechanism for Multiple Microgrids

  • Cooperative game theory is used to solve bidding and income distribution problem between multiple microgrids, and the judging method of microgrid as the market status of duality is obtained, which makes its sale and purchase mode change with real-time electricity pricing and load demand. Through introducing the bidding matrix of microgrid, the bidding transaction mechanism of multiple participated buyers and the sellers is established, and the model is solved by the nonlinear programming function containing constraint conditions. Taking multiple microgrids system consisted of three microgrids as an example, the simulated and calculated results show that the model is practical and feasible, and can always be used to find the transaction combination with minimum total cost, by which market participants can offer price and make transaction get the maximum profit and minimum expenditure. At the same time, the strategy can encourage microgrid biding according to the real offering cost to avoid its speculation.
