Comprehensive Evaluation of Electric Vehicle Charging Station Planning Based on Rough Set

  • With the large-scale application of electric vehicles, different planning schemes of electric vehicle charging station have been formed, while how to comprehensively evaluate the rationality of these planning schemes is essential to construct the charging station. In this paper, a comprehensive two-level and multi-index evaluation model of location planning for electric vehicle charging station is built. By using the attribute reduction method that combine the rough set theory with the genetic algorithm, the redundancy index is removed for first-level and second-level indexes, the weights of each index are determined, and the non-dimensionalized index value and the weight are reasonably allocated to determine feasible location planning scheme more accurately and rigorously. The example demonstrates the comprehensiveness and feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation method of proposed evaluation method.
