A Layered-divisional Dispatching Method for Balancing Supply and Demand of Power Grid by Considering Demand Side Resources

  • The demand side resource management is an effective supplement to the balance between supply and demand of the traditional power grid. Aiming at such problems as single control mode, insufficient evaluation of user response potential and weak utilization of horizontal resources existed in application mode of current resource management in the demand side, a layered-divisional dispatching method for balancing supply and demand of power grid is proposed by considering demand side resource. Due to that vertical multi-level bottom-top feedback load can response potential evaluation and top-bottom task allocation mechanism, the participation of comprehensive demand-side resource in the balance between supply and demand can be realized with the help of horizontal interconnection complementarity mechanism, which opens up new ideas for demand-side resource participation and supply and demand balancing, and provides a more accurate and perfect theoretical basis.
